Affiliate Program Terms

1. Agreement

By applying to or participating in the Multiply.Cards Affiliate Program, you ("Affiliate") agree to be bound by these terms. Multiply.Cards is operated by our company registered in Singapore.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email with 30 days notice. Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. Program Participation

• Acceptance into the program is at our sole discretion
• You must be at least 18 years old to participate
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• We may terminate your participation at any time, with or without cause

3. Commission Structure

• Rate: Up to $1.00 USD per student seat referred
• Proration: Commission is prorated based on subscription timing (seats purchased mid-year earn proportionally less)
• Minimum payout: $50 USD (balances below this threshold roll over to the next period)
• Payment schedule: Monthly, via PayPal or Wise
• Cookie duration: 90 days (last-click attribution)

4. Commission Adjustments

We may adjust, withhold, or claw back commission in the following circumstances:

• Customer refunds or chargebacks
• Subscription cancellations or non-renewals
• Fraudulent or invalid transactions
• Calculation errors (corrections may be made at any time)
• Violation of these terms

If adjustments result in a negative balance, the amount will be deducted from future earnings.

5. Activity Requirements & Dormancy

The affiliate program is designed to reward active promotion. To maintain your active status and continue earning commissions, you must refer at least one (1) new customer within every ninety (90) day period.

• Active status: You are considered active as long as you have referred at least one new customer within the last 90 days
• Dormancy: If 90 days pass with no new customer referrals, your account will become dormant. While dormant, you will not earn commissions on purchases or renewals from previously referred customers
• Reactivation: Your account is automatically reactivated when a new customer makes a purchase through your referral link. However, upon reactivation, commissions are earned only from the new customer onward — previously referred customer associations are permanently cleared
• What counts as activity: Only new direct customer referrals (Tier 1) count toward maintaining active status. Tier 2 recruiter earnings do not count as referral activity

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions:

• Creating fake accounts for self-referral
• Using paid advertising on Multiply.Cards brand terms without written permission
• Spam, unsolicited emails, or misleading marketing
• Making false claims about Multiply.Cards products or the affiliate program
• Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or fraudulent traffic generation
• Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Misrepresenting your relationship with Multiply.Cards

7. Intellectual Property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Multiply.Cards name and logo solely for promoting your referral link. You may not:

• Modify our trademarks or logos
• Use our branding in a way that suggests endorsement or partnership beyond the affiliate relationship
• Register domain names containing "Multiply.Cards" or similar variations

8. Service Availability

The affiliate program and tracking system are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted access to the program or tracking systems
• Accuracy of real-time commission tracking (final calculations are made at payout time)
• Continued operation of the affiliate program

We may suspend, modify, or discontinue the program at any time with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability is limited to commissions actually paid to you in the 12 months preceding any claim
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not liable for lost commissions due to technical issues, tracking failures, or service interruptions
• We are not responsible for third-party payment processor issues or delays

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your referral links will be deactivated
• Pending commissions meeting the minimum threshold will be paid within 60 days
• Commissions below the minimum threshold are forfeited
• Termination for violation of these terms may result in forfeiture of all unpaid commissions

11. Confidentiality

You agree to keep confidential any non-public information about the affiliate program, including commission rates, performance data, and any proprietary information shared with you.

12. Independent Contractor

You are an independent contractor, not an employee, partner, or agent of Multiply.Cards. You are responsible for your own taxes and compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your participation in the affiliate program shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Singapore, conducted in English, in accordance with the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) rules.

14. Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Multiply.Cards regarding the affiliate program and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
