3. User Accounts and Eligibility
3.1 Account Registration
- Students under 13: Accounts must be created by a parent, guardian, or teacher
- Students 13-17: May create accounts with parental consent
- Adults: May create accounts for personal use or to manage student accounts
3.2 Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Teachers and parents are responsible for student accounts they create or supervise

8. Payment Terms and Refunds
8.1 Subscription Services
If you purchase a subscription to premium features:
- Payments are processed through our payment processor (LemonSqueezy)
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- 7-day free trial available for new users
8.2 Educational Discounts
We may offer special pricing for educational institutions and volume purchases.
8.3 Refund Policy
We offer the following refund terms to ensure your satisfaction:
Main Licenses
- 30-day money-back guarantee for individual and family licenses
- 60-day refund window for schools and educational institutions
- Full refund available for technical issues, billing errors, or if service doesn't meet described functionality
Device Activations
- 14-day refund window for individual device activations
- Unused device activations can be refunded within 30 days of purchase
- Full refund for activations that fail due to technical problems
Subscriptions
- Monthly: Cancel anytime, service continues until end of billing period
- Annual: 30-day pro-rated refund available based on unused months
Refund Process
To request a refund, contact our support team at admin@freshonline.sg within the applicable timeframe with your order number and reason for refund. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
Limitations:
- Maximum 2 refunds per customer per 12-month period
- Refunds not available after the specified timeframes or for accounts terminated due to Terms violations
- We reserve the right to make exceptions for extraordinary circumstances such as financial hardship or technical accessibility issues
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We provide the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service
- Our total liability to you for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- You acknowledge that no educational platform can guarantee specific learning outcomes
10. Educational Disclaimer
While Multiply.Cards is designed to support mathematics education, it is not a substitute for comprehensive instruction by qualified educators. Results may vary, and we cannot guarantee specific learning outcomes.
11. Termination
11.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account settings.
Upon Account Termination:
- Your account data will be deleted within 30 days
- Student performance data associated with your account will be deleted
- You can request a final data export before deletion
- Backup data is automatically purged within 90 days

11.2 Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or for other reasons, including:
- Violation of user conduct rules
- Non-payment of fees
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- To protect the safety of minors

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
